Original Washers is so confident in the quality of our product that we're offering a full money-back guarantee!
Our Guarantee policy is as follows; all washer games boards are guaranteed for the first 30 days after the product is received per DHL Tracking not to break under normal usage or proper storing conditions. If you have a product from Original Washers that is unsatisfactory, contact us for an guarantee claim assessment.
Under our guarantee, we will refund you in full minus shipping and packaging costs, if the claim is made within the first 30 days after you received your order.
Refund Policy
Original Washer has a no refund, no return, no exchange policy for washer game sets. Original Washers will only accept a cancellation of an order within 24-hours of when the order was placed as most items will hit our production line at that time. Washer sets are shipped DHL and the buyer is responsible for any insurance claims as a result damaged or lost items.
Original Washers will provide all DHL tracking information for insurance purposes if necessary. All Washer game set orders are shipped DHL (Ground Service). Original Washers guarantees shipping within 30 days from the time payment is received (custom sets excluded). Shipping cost varies internationally, so contact us for exact shipping cost outside the continental United States.
Important Information and Warning
Original Washers is not responsible, nor liable for damage, including, but not limited to property damage, personal injury or death as a result of storing, transporting or playing our game. We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage or care. This game should be kept out of the hands of unsupervised children. All sets should be stored inside at night and during inclement weather. Game participant's weight should not exceed 300 lbs.
Standard Shipping
All Original Washer game sets will be shipped DHL Ground unless special arrangements are made between buyer and Original Washers in advance of ordering by emailing our Sales Department.
